You can make a complaint about any service provided by the department or one of its funded service providers.

You don't have to be over 18 to make a complaint.

You can make a complaint anonymously.

Someone else can make a complaint on your behalf.

We want to know if:

  • you feel a service is unsatisfactory
  • you did not receive enough information or choice
  • you were denied respect, dignity or privacy.

What you can't make a complaint about

The department's complaint system is not for making child protection reports or logging housing maintenance issues.
