The department is committed to listening to you and responding to your concerns.

We do not manage complaints about Medicare, Centrelink or Child Support.

Making a complaint

The department values and welcomes feedback from the public and services users. It helps us improve our services, programs and policies. We learn from your experiences and use feedback to train staff.

Making a complaint for children and young people in care services

Children and young people in care services (which was called out-of-home care), unhappy with their care, can make a complaint.
