Inspirational efforts and remarkable achievements have been honoured through the prestigious 2024 Victorian Protecting Children Awards.
The 21st annual award ceremony held during national Child Protection Week, took place on Tuesday 3 September 2024 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
The Victorian Protecting Children Awards celebrate those working across the child and family services sector, child protection, government and academic organisations, foster, kinship and permanent carers, volunteers and community members.
Through 12 award categories, individuals, teams and groups were recognised for their demonstrated excellence in working with children, young people and families.
Each of the winners have demonstrated a commitment to ensuring children, young people and families are safe, supported and ready to thrive.
These efforts across the state are vital to improving equity of outcomes and access for Victorian children, young people and families.
