A strong LGBTIQA+ sector is key to inclusion and equality. We are investing in organisations to help build their capacity, expand their services and strengthen sustainability.
This grant round will focus on developing organisations that support diverse and intersectional LGBTIQA+ communities to ensure their services and supports are aligned with the needs of LGBTIQA+ communities.
Grants are available to support organisations deliver a range of activities, including:
- training to build the capacity of staff and volunteers,
- expanding internal capacity to deliver supports in regional and rural areas, and
- developing strategic plans to better engage the wider LGBTIQA+ community.
Program overview
- Grants of up to $40,000 are available for established organisations with demonstrated experience in supporting LGBTIQA+ communities and up to $20,000 for emerging organisations.
