The Victorian Youth Congress (VYC) is an advisory group made up of young people aged 12-25, who work collaboratively with the government to give guidance on the issues that matter most to young people in Victoria.
Working closely with the Office for Youth, the VYC regularly provides valuable insights and advice to ensure youth voices are represented in shaping youth-focused policies, programs, and decisions.
The 2024 VYC worked on developing content for the recently launched YouthNav platform, using lived experience to equip other young people with essential knowledge for their transition into adulthood.
We are seeking passionate and inspiring young leaders, from every corner of the state, who represent the diverse experiences and identities of all Victorian youth to apply.
