The Victorian Seniors Card is free
There are no fees to apply for a Victorian Seniors Card.
If you, your friends or family are due to apply for a Seniors Card, always go to the official website Seniors Online.
You don’t need to provide any bank or credit card details to apply for a Victorian Seniors Card.
People who have paid for a Victorian Seniors Card and provided any form of identification or financial details may be at risk of future scams. People who are impacted can:
- contact ID Care on 1800 595 160 or visit the ID Care website
- contact your bank to report the fraudulent transaction, and
- make a report to Scamwatch, led by the Australian Government's National Anti-Scam Centre, at www.scamwatch.gov.au.
